How to Register
In order to participate in Rainbow Riders therapeutic horseback riding programs each rider needs to have a Registration and Primary Care Provider Referral form completed. Additionally, participants diagnosed with Down Syndrome need the atlanto-axial x-ray verification form completed by their physician.
Once completed, forms can be returned to Rainbow Riders to be reviewed by our team. If you have any further questions regarding the registration process or program eligibility please contact registration@rainbowridersnl.com.
