Sponsor A Horse

To provide safe and effective therapeutic riding programs for the riders we serve, it is essential that we have happy and healthy horses. It is imperative that our horses be in the best condition; well cared for, reliable, and sound.

Without these special therapy horses, the remarkable accomplishments of our riders would not be possible. Therapeutic riding provides physical, cognitive, and psychological benefits to the many children with disabilities we serve at Rainbow Riders.

We are able to realize these goals through generous donors who support our Sponsor-A-Horse sponsorship program. This program provides funding to support the annual cost of horse care requirements including feed, sawdust bedding, horseshoes, veterinary care, tack, and stall management.

We offer three sponsor levels and all sponsorship donations are tax deductible and designated for Rainbow Riders equine care fund.

“Children with neurological and sensory challenges experience a great sense of calming when interacting with horses. For my daughter it provides a feeling of achievement that helps her overcome other challenges in life. Many of my clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder experience success that is self esteem building through therapeutic riding at Rainbow Riders. It is truly inspiring.”
